10. Delivery and shipment
The country of delivery is chosen at the time of payment. All prices, currencies, delivery times and shipping costs will be adjusted according to the country in which you wish your items to be shipped. Mimi + Bart is not responsible for all local taxes directly charged by the local authorities to the client. Mimi + Bart will ship the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the sequence in which they were received. We ship all orders within 2 to 4 days (Monday - Friday) except during sales and peak commercial periods where it may take longer. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only, and start from the date of shipment. Mimi + Bart is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures. If a delivery is delayed or cannot be shipped (stock limit or other), the customer will be notified as soon as possible, at the latest 30 days after the order. In this case, the customer will be able to cancel the purchase agreement without charge. Mimi + Bart will refund to the customer the amount paid as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after termination.
10.01. Shipping Destinations and delivery fees
We deliver worldwide where our partner UPS/Fedex or National Post for US/CANADA/EUROPE makes deliveries. For destinations outside the deliverable area, the customer should contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. The shipping fee shown in USD or EUR or CHF will be displayed before the final payment.
10.02. Uncollected Parcels
Mimi + Bart will not pay return shipping charges for uncollected parcels. Damaged packaging must not be opened. In case of defects or damage, the customer must contact the customer service immediately: email@example.com
